Study Tour

紐西蘭團

There were many things that made this trip memorable, but the one thing that made it special was that all the activities and itinerary were designed by the students. We had spent 15 days in Auckland, Hamilton and Rotorua. The students were the tour guide for the trip. Apart from sightseeing, we had cultural exchange with the locals. We made the souvenirs “ Chinese Lucky Knot’, ‘Fai Chun” and paper cutting which we then gave to the locals. It was a great chance for us to experience and explore.

創意思維世界賽

創意思維比賽（Odyssey of The Mind）是一項國際性的比賽，源於美國。目的在於鼓勵同學發揮創意，並透過團隊協作，訓練解難能力；綜合應用STEM（科學、科技、工程和數學）知識，施展渾身解數，解決難題。

台北團

每年冬季王中都會組團去臺北，增加同學對最新人文科技的見聞。除了參觀科學教育館、中正紀念堂、誠品書店外，還有機會去大學交流，以及見識放天燈、風力發電裝置、魚菜共生技術、三創數位生活園區等等，教人眼界大開。

Knowledge Building

加拿大多倫多

本校自2008年至今一直是香港大學教育學院有關「知識建構 Knowledge Building」教學研究的伙伴學校，於過去十年裡面，港大的研究人員與本校視藝科老師合作對「知識建構」於藝術教育應用作出了多方面的學術硏究，而且成效正面。研究結果亦多次於學習科學（Learning Science）期刋刋出。

本校視藝科老師亦分別於2009年、2012年、2016年及2018年獲香港大學研究團隊邀請到西班牙（2009）、加拿大多倫多（2012及2018）、新加坡（2016）等地於「知識建構夏季學院 Knowledge Building Summer Institute」分享滙報運用知識建構的教學經驗。教師與硏究團隊合作的學術研究文章亦於2016年的The International Conference of Learning Sciences 國際會議中發表。

由於本校運用上述的教學範式成效出衆，今年本校學生伍慧芝及老師多次獲邀參加到香港大學教育學院分享學習經歷，以及於暑期獲研究團隊支助前往加拿大多倫多大學於「知識建構夏季學院2018」匯報成果及參與為期四天知識建構實験驗課程，與來自多倫多及墨西哥的學生交流學習，共同研究。

慧芝於實驗課及滙報中表現出色，照片及錄影片段被不同國家的學者轉載到Twitter社交媒體上。
